  • For stays of 7 nights or more: GBP 225 per night

    For stays of 4-7 nights: GBP 250 per night

    ** For stays between 16 November and 15 March of any year, we will charge an additional GBP 20 per night given higher heating costs. Thank you for your understanding.

  • All year: Minimum of 4 nights required, please inquire for exceptions

  • Check in: After 4pm

    Check out: Before 10am

    Maximum number of guests: 6 (including children)

    Minimum age to rent: 18

    Damage & incidentals: You will be responsible for any damage to the property caused by you or your party during your stay.

    No smoking.

    No pets allowed.

    No parties.

    Miscellaneous: Cars should be parked in the parking areas at the edge of the site (by tennis court).

    No one in pool after 11pm to avoid noise disruption; use only plastic glasses by pool. Always be considerate of other guests.

    You are welcome to help yourself to the produce from the kitchen garden but please remember to leave for other guests too.

  • Payment must be received in full in order to hold your reservation.

    100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.

    50% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

    No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Please note: Availability is limited and we book up quickly, especially during peak season, so payment must be received in full in order to complete a reservation. Please review our pricing and policies in detail before submitting your request. We will do our best to accommodate you!
